Alcohol and salty foods must not be given to your parrot; birds do not have sweat glands and therefore are unable to get rid of the salt in their bodies. 

Furthermore, if you provide pellets, fruit and vegetables there is no reason to supplement your birds diet with other  much vitamins would lead to a lot of health concerns.
